This buffered tissue is a high-quality, museum grade paper suited for interleaving prints, photos or wrapping quilts, gowns, linens, and other historical textile items. Buffered tissue is best suited for use with fabrics made from plant fibers, such as cotton, linen, for added protection. It is acid- and lignin-free, and thin for easy folding, padding, or crumpling without hard edges. It can also help prevent acid migration, scuffing, breaking, and color transfer. Do not use on wool or silk.
