We’ve enjoyed a busy summer with lots of visitors traveling through Ames for various events including RAGBRAI. 

 

This fall we look forward to seeing a lot of quilters in the area for the AQS Quilt Expo that will be at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines October 8-11.  There will be classes, vendors, 800 wonderful quilts on display including  the Des Moines Area  Quilt Guild’s  own  25th Anniversary quilt show within the show.  For more information visit the American Quilters' Society website at www.americanquilter.com.
